Requirements:
- University degree in engineering, business administration, law, or economics;
- 1+ years of experience in after sales customer service or sales;
- Excellent communication skills, proactivity, problem-solving mindset, loyalty, responsibility, eagerness to acquire new knowledge, ambition to achieve results, and drive for career growth;
- Proficiency in English;
- Knowledge of a second foreign language is considered an advantage;
- Interest and knowledge in optics/photography;
- Computer literacy;
- Availability to travel.
Responsibilities:
- Build long-term relationships with the company’s clients;
- Organize and implement the internal servicing process for products and systems, while suggesting ideas for its improvement;
- Receive, register, and process service events for the company’s products;
- Coordinate service signals with internal partners in production, logistics, and sales functions, ensuring service tasks are completed within the specified timeframes;
- Maintain active communication with on-site service teams and monitor the execution of assigned service tasks;
- Summarize and analyze service signals, prepare reports, and track service-related expenses;
- Develop a strategy for the improvement of service activities based on the destinations handled;
- Provide administrative support to regional sales managers in preparing necessary documentation for clients;
- Perform other specifically assigned tasks related to the position.
