Iraqi Minister of Defense and Ambassador visit OPTIX, strengthening bilateral cooperation in the Military Industry
A high-level delegation led by the Iraqi Minister of Defense, Tabet Mohammad Al-Abasi, and accompanied by Her Excellency Mrs. Lina Jalal Omar, the Ambassador of the Republic of Iraq to Bulgaria, paid a visit to OPTIX JSC on June 8. The visit aimed to further enhance the longstanding relations between the two nations and explore collaboration opportunities in the military industry.
Eng. Ivan Cholakov, the Executive Director of OPTIX JSC, warmly welcomed the delegation, emphasizing the enduring friendship between Iraq and Bulgaria and the potential for collaboration in the military sector.
Minister Tabet Mohammad Al-Abasi expressed his strong commitment to strengthening Iraq's defense capabilities in all areas and recognized OPTIX JSC’s expertise as a vital asset in realizing this goal. The delegation observed demonstrations of OPTIX JSC’s latest technical solutions in integrated security systems, surveillance, and individual electro-optical equipment.
