OPTIX is participating in the international exhibition of defense equipment "Hemus 2018"

After officially opening the exhibition, the President of the Republic of Bulgaria Rumen Radev and Defense Minister Krasimir Karakachanov paid special attention to OPTIX exhibition stand by testing one of our top-selling thermal imaging products BidentifieR and discussed with CEO Ivan Cholakov various issues related to security and the latest trends in the defense industry. The Mayor of Plovdiv Ivan Totev also visited us and showed great interest in our stand.

“Hemus 2018” is hosted under the patronage of the Ministry of Defense and the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Bulgaria and is organized by the Hemus '95 Foundation on the territory of the International Fair in Plovdiv. This year the exhibition is accompanied by an international scientific conference that has been included in the calendar of the Bulgarian Presidency of the Council of the European Union.

The purpose of the International Defense Equipment Exhibition is to stimulate the country's military industry by providing the opportunity for a joint meeting of manufacturers and traders of arms and armaments from Bulgaria and abroad.
