OPTIX unveils its first green energy investment

Traditionally, the company's Investment Day in OPTIX - February 5th - once again brought together the company's management, partners and friends. Following over the years the pace of business and strategic development , Eng. Ivan Cholakov - CEO of OPTIX announced the company's first investment in green energy, including three photovoltaic plants located on the territory of different production locations in Panagyurishte and Strelcha with a total area of 6596 square meters and a capacity of 900 kilowatts.

The investment in green energy is approximately BGN 2 million and includes a transformer station and equipment for the production processes. An additional investment of EUR 1.5 million is planned for another 900 kilowatts.

In addition to green energy, the company continues to invest in the development of the production areas. New machines have been purchased at a cost of approximately BGN 4 million. The largest investment project of OPTIX, which will unite the entire optical production of the company in a common production area, is also in progress.
