Tsanko Tsankov-the first Bulgarian to swim from Europe to Africa

Bulgarian records holder Tsanko Tsankov achieved another great achievement in his swimming career by winning the Strait of Gibraltar Marathon. He covered the distance of 16 kilometers and 750 meters from Tarifa (Spain) to Punta Sieres (Morocco) in 3 hours 56 minutes and 3 seconds

Tsanko is the first Bulgarian to achieve this goal in the 127-year history of the event. OPTIX team is very proud to have the opportunity to support this persistent and purposeful athlete, wishing him even greater success in the future.
