Requirements:
- Higher education – technical or economic background;
- Experience in sales, product management, or project management;
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills;
- Market-oriented personality with strong technical knowledge and affinity for the hunting segment and defense industry;
- Proficiency in English (a second foreign language is considered an advantage);
- Excellent computer literacy;
- Creativity and entrepreneurial mindset;
- Responsibility, proactiveness, and strong team-working skills;
- Willingness and readiness for frequent international travel.
Responsibilities:
- Development and management of the product portfolio;
- Monitoring and coordination of ongoing projects;
- Participation in sales and after-sales activities;
- Preparation of marketing and product-analytical reports;
- Organization and participation in specialized exhibitions, conferences, demonstrations, and other events in Bulgaria and abroad;
- Cross-functional role: Ensuring effective communication and alignment of the product strategy between engineering departments, marketing, sales, and support.
