Students from PGEE – Plovdiv visited OPTIX JSC

On March 27, 2026, an organized visit took place at the OPTIX SMT production center in Plovdiv for 10th-grade students majoring in Microprocessor Technology at the Vocational High School of Electrical Engineering and Electronics (PGEE) – Plovdiv.

The initiative aimed to familiarize the students with the operations of OPTIX JSC, the real working environment, and the career development opportunities within the industry. It also sought to lay the groundwork for collaboration with the high school regarding the dual education project.

During the visit, the students received detailed information about the technological processes, the implemented innovations, and the high standards applied in the manufacturing process. A corporate presentation was also delivered, providing a comprehensive overview of the company's activities.

The students engaged in an open discussion, demonstrated their knowledge, and asked questions to the specialists.

Emphasis was placed on the importance of the in-house R&D (Research and Development) department, which integrates hardware, firmware, and software. This integrated approach enables the creation of complete engineering solutions and the realization of a closed production cycle – from concept to implementation.

The young specialists showed keen interest and familiarized themselves with the practical aspects of engineering work in a real manufacturing environment.

The event is part of OPTIX JSC’s ongoing efforts to build sustainable partnerships with educational institutions and support young talent.
